3 Layer Polypropylene (3LPP) Coating
- A three layer coating consisting of epoxy primer, chemically modified adhesive and a polypropylene topcoat
- Electro-static spray application of powder epoxy primer
- Side extrusion or spray application of adhesive intermediate coat
- Side extrusion of final topcoat
- Applied to any thickness as required by the specifier or customer
- Temperature performance range between -50ºC to 125ºC
- Low level of water absorption
- Improved mechanical properties over other systems
- High degree of resistance to chemical attack
- Excellent cathodic disbondment properties
- Pipe diameter of up to 60"

Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Powder Coating
- A heat cured thermosetting resin based coating
- Applied by electrostatic spray
- Generally applied to thickness of between 300 microns to 700 microns
- Temperature performance range up to 100ºC in dry conditions
- Excellent cathodic disbondment properties
- Excellent adhesion properties
- Pipe diameter of up to 60"

Internal Coating
- An epoxy paint lining applied in single or multiple coats
- Generally applied to a thickness of between 40 microns to 300 microns, depending on application requirements
- Acts as a flow coat and/or anti-corrosion coating
- Mainly used for gas and potable water pipelines
- Pipe diameter of up to 60"

Bitumen Asphalt Enamel (AE) Coating
- Hot application by flooding method
- Applied to any thickness as required by the specifier or customer
- Reinforced with fibreglass inner & outer wraps
- Suitable for in-service temperature of up to 75ºC
- Pipe diameter of up to 60"

Concrete Weight Coating (CWC)
- Applied by impingement or compression coat method
- Reinforced with rebar cage and/or welded wire mesh
- Low to high density concrete
- Generally applied to thickness of between 25mm to 150mm
- Protects the external corrosion coating
- High strength & impact resistance
- Gives pipeline additional weight for stabilisation in submerged environment
- Pipe diameter of up to 60"
